Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items back in their original Mystery Knife Box packaging, ensuring all protective blade guards and certificates of authenticity are included.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
